Temporary Graduate Visa

The Temporary Graduate visa allows eligible international students to temporarily live, study, and work in Australia after finishing their studies.

Applicants must choose between the Graduate Work stream or the Post-Study Work stream.

The Graduate Work stream is for applicants who have an occupation on the skilled occupation list. The duration of the visa is 18-months.
The Post-Study Work stream is for students with a higher education degree. The duration of the visa (two to four years) depends on the qualification obtained. Applicants holding a select degree may be eligible for an extended stay on their visa.
