The Employer Nomination Scheme visa is designed for skilled workers, nominated by their employer, to establish permanent residency in Australia.

This visa offers three streams: Temporary Residence Transition, Direct Entry, and Labour Agreement.

Temporary Residence Transition stream is for Temporary Work (Skilled) visa holders or Temporary Skill Shortage visa holders, who have worked in Australia for a specified period with a nominating employer who wishes to offer them a permanent position.
Direct Entry stream is for people nominated by an employer for permanent residence.
Labour Agreement stream is for people sponsored by an employer through a labour agreement negotiated between an employer and the Australian Government.
